Hi everyone.  I'm Jane and I have 5 raggies and 3 moggies and a persian.  I have just started breeding, Lola had 5 babies last October and hopefully will have another litter this year.  My first venture onto the show scene will be next month with one of the kittens, Athena, who will also be a queen for me.  Hopefully I will get to know some of you at the shows.

Thanks for the welcome.  I may well need some help when I start showing as I am a little worried about all I need to do before we go.  I haven't tried claw clipping yet and I don't know where to get the white litter trays and feeding bowls, I haven't seen any in the shops.  Any advice would be gratefully received.

Hi Jane,
You can get the bowls for food and water from a pet shop, The litter trays you can get online at
www.smyleepets.co.uk    you can get most of the equipement from there, Failing that you can get one the day of the show as the stalls are open in the morning,

Hi everybody,
Regarding the equipment for showing, do bear in mind that the water bowl should be white, and ideally the sort that clips onto the back of the pen - keeping it well away from the front where evil minds might add something unpleasant, also put it above the litter tray so if there are any mishaps, hopefully most of the water will go into the tray and not generously spread itself around your pen and those next to it!!!

Hope to see you at a Show, Jane. You may find the Club's Guide to Showing of some help if you haven't seen it already.

Brian
